The combination of DECIDE, developed by pdv Financial Software GmbH ("pdv") - the most widely used trading, position keeping and risk management system for institutional brokerages in Germany, IWI's deep integration expertise of Japan's financial markets and Serisys' expertise in retooling capital markets in Asia, will provide a new level of front office solutions for Japan's capital markets. IWI is making this platform, which is already integrated for trading and risk management across cash, derivatives, exchange-traded and OTC products, available for in-house implementation as well as an Application Service Provider (ASP) service delivered from its local data centers.
