Quantitative Support Analyst (m/f/d)*


  • Assist the departments of risk control and trading concerning the implementation and integration of PDV‘S pricing and risk analytics software
    solution DECIDE-Risk.
  • Work through the support issues associated with all risk and pricing topics.
  • Escalate to the financial engineers and development team when necessary
  • Provide direct second level support regarding risk and pricing topics
  • Assist the project team answering quantitative questions
  • Identify and assist troubleshooting concerning issues in DECIDE-Risk. Recreate customer environments where necessary to reproduce and analyse
    issues prior to escalation to the development team
  • Provide DECIDE-Risk presentation and training to clients
  • Documentation support concerning DECIDE-Risk implementation projects


  • Master’s degree in Finance, Financial Engineering or related degree, plus minimum 2 years of experience regarding financial software applications


Experience should include the following but may be gained concurrently:

  • A broad understanding of risk management and business processes in financial institutions
  • Experience concerning the parametrization of a software system
  • Financial modelling experience
  • Experience in a client facing role
  • Willingness to face changing requirements
  • A good command of German (or: willingness to do the support in German, good command of the German language in 6 month)
